A straightforward process. No lengthy procurement.

From first conversation to work beginning - typically two to three weeks. The process is kept deliberately simple.

The engagement process

  1. Initial Conversation

A confidential discussion to understand your situation, your objectives and whether there is a credible fit. No preparation required. No obligation on either side.

  2. Proposal

Where there is a clear fit, a brief written proposal is provided - setting out the recommended engagement model, the scope of work and the commercial terms. Concise and direct.

  3. Agreement

A straightforward engagement agreement. Clear terms, no unnecessary complexity. Both parties know exactly what is being committed to and what success looks like.

  4. Work Begins

Typically within one to two weeks of agreement. Onboarding is structured but efficient - the priority is adding value as quickly as possible.

What to Expect

Confidentiality

Every conversation is treated in strict confidence. The nature of executive search and senior leadership work requires it - and it is a commitment taken seriously.

Directness

If the situation is not the right fit, that will be said clearly and early. Time is a finite resource on both sides.

Transparency

Commercial terms are discussed openly. There are no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch arrangements and no ambiguity about what is included.

Start the conversation.

The first step is a confidential discussion. No obligation, no pitch - just a conversation about your situation.
